Healing Your Inner Child
We all carry little pieces of our childhood with us. Some of them make us smile. Some still sting a bit. And sometimes, we don’t even realize how much those early experiences shape who we are today.
Your inner child is that softer, more vulnerable part of you. It remembers what it felt like to be small — the joy, the curiosity, and, sometimes, the pain.
A lot of us were taught to be strong. To keep going. To “move on.” But ignoring those old wounds doesn’t make them go away. They just sit there quietly until something in life stirs them up again. Healing happens when we finally slow down and listen.
