I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, adults, and mothers who are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and significant life transitions. Whether someone is struggling with difficult past experiences, changes in relationships, school or work stress, motherhood, loss, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves, I provide a supportive space to process those experiences and better understand the emotions that come with them. My goal is to help clients move from feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves toward feeling more grounded, confident, emotionally balanced, and connected to who they are.
I believe therapy should be individualized because no two people experience life, relationships, or healing in the same way. I use an integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and play therapy. Depending on each client’s needs, our work may focus on understanding patterns of thoughts and behaviors, developing healthier coping skills, improving emotional regulation, processing difficult experiences, strengthening communication, building self-esteem, and increasing self-awareness.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and supportive while still encouraging meaningful growth. I want therapy to be a place where you can show up as you are without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. Healing is not always a straight path, and you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, and a life that feels more manageable, fulfilling, and aligned with who you want to be.
