I specialize in supporting children, individuals, and families experiencing anxiety and mood concerns, as well as family, parenting, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients feel more understood, regulated, and supported as they navigate life transitions.

I use a trauma-informed blend of CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and supportive, relational techniques to help clients build emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and develop meaningful coping skills.

My approach is gentle, validating, and client-led. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe expressing themselves openly while we explore emotions, relationships, and experiences together at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
