Job Requirements

​

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

​​

• Active Illinois clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD) or license-eligible (e.g., LSW, LPC) with t/he ability to work under supervision.

​

• Ability to maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week

​

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and trauma-informed care​

​

• Organized and timely with documentation and record-keeping

​

• Willingness to learn or familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

​

• Comfortable working independently while also being collaborative in a group practice setting

Pay & Benefits

​

• W-2 employee  for greater financial stability and access to benefits

​

• Flat rate per session, based on experience and licensure:​​​

  • ​$50+per session for provisionally licensed clinicians

  • $65+ per session for fully licensed clinicians

​

• Health insurance options are available for employees working 25+ sessions per week

​

• Paid time off (PTO) for full-time employees

​

• Annual CEU reimbursement or stipend

​

• Free clinical supervision for provisionally licensed staff

​

• Flexible schedule and hybrid options (in-person and telehealth)

​​

• Billing and administrative support provided

​​

• Marketing support and steady referrals to help build and maintain your caseload​
