Life can be difficult, and sometimes we can feel overwhelmed or lose our way. As a therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you regain emotional balance and learn practical tools for managing your feelings and needs in different situations.

I offer guidance for processing unresolved grief, navigating trauma, and improving communication within families and relationships. Together, we’ll address patterns that no longer serve you and build skills to promote healing and connection.
