I am a Leadership & Administration Intern at Inner Healing Therapy, where I support the growth, organization, and day-to-day operations of the practice. While I do not provide therapy services, I work closely with the clinical team and leadership to help create systems that allow both clients and therapists to have a smooth, supportive experience. ​

 

My role includes assisting with practice development, intern support, outreach, and behind-the-scenes projects that help the practice run efficiently and continue to grow. I also help evaluate what is working well within the practice where improvements can be made, so Inner Healing Therapy can continue to meet the needs of the community in a thoughtful and client-centered way.

 

I am passionate about leadership, mental health systems, and creating environments where both clients and clinicians feel supported. Through my work, I aim to help strengthen the foundation of the practice so therapists can focus on what matters most, providing high-quality care.
